Lawrence Park Collegiate Institute is a high school in the Lawrence Park neighbourhood of Toronto. It is a non-semestered school and focuses mainly on academics, drama, music, and visual arts, featuring strong French extended and immersion streams.

The Music Program at Lawrence Park is among the best in the province. It is home to the city's first band and orchestral program. Lawrence Park offers three streams of music: band, strings, and vocal. The Lawrence Park School Song was written by the winner of a contest, former student William Metcalf. For the past 15 years the music department has achieved city, provincial and national recognition for excellence. The stage band has 5 provincial first place titles in the last 6 years while the choir has gone to the nationals and placed second for all of Canada. Concerts, Music Festivals, Coffee Night, LP's Got Talent, Fall Music Camp and performance tours to New York City, Chicago, New Brunswick, Costa Rica as just some of the highlights of this outstanding program. Students and residents of the Lawrence Park community recognize the music program for teaching students discipline and a love for music at the same time.

The Drama Department at Lawrence is considered to be one of the greatest in the TDSB. Sears Plays, Main stage productions and "Drama Nights" are highlights to the school. Recently, Masquerade released a magazine showcasing the arts at Lawrence.

As well, it offers courses such as Latin, German, computer studies and a variety of courses in the social sciences. It's rugby team is well known, along with their football teams.

The school donates and runs events for many charities such as United Way, building schools in Africa, and various others.

The school motto is Amor doctrinae floreat, or "Let the love of learning flourish."

The school has been painted only once, in 1936. The Canadian singer Shiloh sang one of her songs in the school in room 102, the girls washroom on the first floor, the first floor hallway, and outside in the front of the school.

Canadian singer Neil Young was rumored to have been expelled from Lawrence Park for riding his motorcycle through the halls in an attempt to stir up excitement for the release of the film Kangaroo Jack, in which Young had a brief speaking part.

Also, the movie The Pacifier has one of its fight scene taken in the south gym on the first floor.

Being Erica's pilot episode was shot in the school's basement and main floor hallway

Scenes for the movies Dick and Model Behavior were filmed at the school.

Lawrence Park's 2009-2010 Jr. Football team won the TDSB City Championships with a 9-0 record. That same year the Sr. Football Team won a Tier II City Championship.
